How do I obtain a visa letter?
Unfortunately we do not provide visa invitation letters for visitors to the show. However, you can obtain all the information that you require from the UK Government website.

I am a member of the press and want to attend the exhibition and conference, how do I register?
You will need to register via the Press Registration Form, simply click here to do so

How do I contact the Internet World team?
If you go to the Contact Us section of this website you can view all the members of the Internet World team, along with their telephone numbers and email addresses. You can choose which contact is most relevant to your query and contact them directly.

Is there somewhere to leave luggage while I visit?
Yes, there is a cloakroom where you can leave you belongings for a small charge.

Can I register for more than one person at a time?
Unfortunately, due to BPA auditing requirements it is not possible to register more than one person at a time.

How can I plan my visit at Internet World 2010?
There are several ways you can plan your visit. You can do so before the event using our 'Plan Your Day' function. You can make appointments with exhibitors to minimise the amount of wandering you might otherwise do at the show! A few weeks before the show, you will receive a show planner and a show preview that will give you details of the new attractions at the show as well as give you an exhibitor list and dedicated Floorplan, enabling you to pinpoint who you want to see and where they are located.

What happens if I don’t receive my badge before the show?
In the rare circumstances that you don’t receive your name badge and welcome pack from us, don’t worry! You will receive an email the week before which will contain your unique reference number. Simply print off this email and bring it with you to the show where we will simply print you another badge. If you forget to print the email, just give your name at the registration desk and we will manually search for your details to print another badge.

Is there an age limit?
No under 16’s will be admitted.

When will I receive my badge?
You will receive your badge and visitor pack approximately 2 weeks before the show. It will contain all you need to gain entrance to Internet World and plan your visit.

Is Internet World a trade show?
Yes, Internet World is a trade show for people looking to source information on and/or purchase products and services to assist their business. No students admitted except by prior arrangement.

How can I book a seminar session?
The seminar sessions are FREE to attend and there is no need to book in advance. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You will need to register in advance for the exhibition to gain free entrance.

How much does it cost?
If you register in advance you will receive a free badge and there is no cost to attend the exhibition. Your badge will allow you entrance as many times as you like over the three days of the show. If you do not register in advance there will be a £20 fee for admittance on the door.

How do I register for just one day?
There is no need to select which day you are attending. Your badge will allow you free entry to the exhibition for the entire duration of the event.

How can I register as a visitor for the Exhibition?
Simply complete the online form by clicking register. It takes two minutes and registration is free.
