March 19th 2012 - LeGuide.com announces today the closing of European shopping guide acquisition. This announcement follows a purchase agreement that was signed with Microsoft December 20th 2011. With this acquisition, LeGuide.com becomes the European leader of shopping guides.
A total audience of 31.8 million Unique Visitors
With an audience of 16.8 Million Unique Visitors for LeGuide.com and 19.1 Million of Unique Visitors for Ciao, LeGuide.com becomes the European leader of shopping guides with a unique total unduplicated audience of 31.8 Million Unique Visitors.
